Secure Ordering

Air-Retro.com takes every precaution to ensure that your payment information is not being used fraudulently. All order data is securely processed to complete the order and confidentiality is guaranteed. All credit card, shipping, and billing address information is encoded in the SSL (secure sockets layer) format when submitting your order to us, and protected by Paypal servers. We do not sell or use any customer information for any purposes other than fulfilling your order.

Item and Availability

Most items on our site are usually available, and will be drop-shipped by one of our distributors. In some instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been placed. Special discounts and offers are available on a first come first serve basis due to limited available quantity. Some shoe styles or sizes may be back-ordered, but usually not for more than 2-3 weeks. If your shoes are "temporarily" back-ordered you will be notified. Items that are out of stock in all sizes will say "Out of Stock" in the size section or removed from our site.

Upon receipt of your payment, your order will begin processing the next business day.Most items on our website are always available, and should not take more than 2 weeks to be shipped out. It may sometimes take about 1 week to find out availability on certain shoes.

For US Customers: Once your order has been shipped, you can go to air-retro.com, at bottom of left, input the order number, get notification of the package being shipped and a tracking / delivery confirmation number. You can track your orders at  www.usps.com  or http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp using the Delivery Confirmation tool.

For International Customers: Shipping via Airmail will get your package to you in 10-14 business days from ship date and will be recorded by the tracking numbers at air-retro.com homepage at the bottom of left.  You can track your  orders at 
 http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp  for orders shipped by  EMS(USPS) Express

Cancellations/Changes

Customers may not change style/size after order is processed.

If you place an order and decide you want to add or remove products from your order or cancel it all together, you can contact afterservice@air-retro.com to request the changes to be made. Please write "Cancel Order" in the e-mail title so we check it immediately. If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled after that. Once you have received an e-mail stating your order "will ship out within 24 hours" it cannot be cancelled after that. 

Most items are shipped from China, and are provided with valid tracking numbers.

Shipping and fees

Shipping and Handling is FREE on ALL orders, WORLDWIDE.

All items are shipped via the Post Office EMS(USPS) Express

All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 2-3 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped, it will take 4-6 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. In total, it will take 1-2 weeks to get your merchandise.
Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays


Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Air-Retro will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.

Returns

Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.
 
Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.

Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it.

You can also use the Live Support tool when support is online. You will see a Live Support online icon on the top right of the site. When the Live Support Online icon is shown, you can talk live to a customer service rep about your order or order you would like to place.

Air-retro.com has no affiliation with Jordan or Nike, or any other brand not mentioned herein.

All items are Factory Variants and custom altered. These are items that are made in unreleased and unique colors, and are not sold anywhere else and have never been released. All shoes are made with very high quality standards.

Discount policy：

1. For VIP users, enjoy 10% discount without integral return.
2. Enjoy 5% discount if 300 integral used.
3. Enjoy 10% discount if 600 integral used.
4. Enjoy 15% discount if 800 integral used.
